The University of Arizona Center for Middle East Studies hosted a Middle East virtual cooking festival for educators, parents, and K-12 students. There were 6 separate cooking sessions held on May 4th, 7th, 8th, 11th, 13th, and 15th, 2020. All sessions took place on ZOOM (free download: https://zoom.us/freesignup/). List of ingredients are below if you want to purchase or prepare them and cook while watching the session. The first 40-45 minutes included an interactive presentation and the last 10 minutes of each session were open for a Q & A session.
