A Taste of Kurdish Kurmanji

A free virtual introduction to Kurdish Kurmanji on five successive Thursday evenings (April 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29). Kurmanji, the northern Kurdish, is the most widely used dialect of the Kurdish language, spoken primarily in Turkey and Syria, also in Iraq and Iran as well as in former Soviet republics.

Mutlu Civiroglu, Instructor of Kurdish, University of Arizona, Critical Languages Program, will lead this course.
