An Educators’ Workshop: Teaching about International Crises"

Details: This workshop will provide hands-on, practical ideas for teaching about international crises. All
teachers who attend will get 3 PD hours + dinner. 

Dates/times: Wednesday, February 26: 4:30 – 8:00 p.m. 

Location: The University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ. Marshall Building, Room 490

Cost: $15 apiece, $5 for pre-service teachers

Tentative Schedule:

Wednesday February 26th, 2020:

    4:30-5:00: Intro to Centers

    5:00-6:00: Central American Migration Crisis.

    6:00-6:30: Working Dinner.

    6:30-7:30: Crises in the Middle East.

    7:30-8:00: Discussion
