A Conversation with Sylvie Fontana Yilmaz 

Sylvie Fontana Yılmaz is the Gaziantep City of Gastronomy Coordinator/Liaison to UNESCO and Project Expert at the External Affairs Department of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality. Resident in Gaziantep since 2006, she holds a Master of Arts from the Faculté des Sciences Historiques in Art and Archaeology.
